  • I lived in Colton during my high school years from tenth to twelfth grade, graduating with the Colton High School Class of 1978.
  • Because telephone calls to my childhood friends in Gladstone were subject to high long-distance toll rates, I utilized Colton High School's leased-line data terminal to program an early real-time chat and email system on our shared HP 2000 host to stay in touch.
