    • On February 23, 2016, adhering to my Low-Carb Diet, I ordered an Italian sandwich with "no bun."
    • When asked if I wanted it made into a salad, I specified that I just wanted all the normal sandwich ingredients without the bread.
    • When the order was brought out, the staff explained they thought I wanted the ingredients raw to take home.
