Day 0 was a travel day, starting at my home airport in Portland, Oregon (PDX). My two Stonehenge crew, Tom Phoenix and Bill Harp, rode with me to San Jose airport, where we met up with another Stonehenge trainer, Tad McClellan, to drive to Monterey.

After we checked in (around 10pm), we headed over to the pub across the street to meet up with the mod_perl informal BOF, and compare my sleek little Nikon Coolpix 990 with Ask's obviously clumsier and much larger unit.
