I went in for LASIK eye surgery on 21 Jul 99. The surgery was performed at Teplick Laser Surgery Center.

The dilated pictures show me slightly after a pre-op exam a week before the surgery. I was given eyedrops that make my eye muscles (both focus and iris) relax to verify that I could see as well or as poorly as I do.
