My friend Sonia went in for LASIK eye surgery on 20 Feb 2002. The surgery was performed at Teplick Laser Surgery Center.

The Man again. Dr. Teplick. He's smiling, so the operation must have gone fine. About this time I glance around and -- my god -- I can SEE. Clearly. Distance. I'm overwhelmed, I'm astounded, I'm moved. I cry a little, which is good, because keeping my eyes wet is important now.
